Booked your perfect London wedding venue, hired all of your suppliers, planned your day, but now need a wedding co-ordinator to manage the day for you? Our on the day management services are perfect so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the day, without having to worry about whether your suppliers have arrived, if your cake is in the correct place and whether the table cloths have been steamed.

With 15 years experience in planning and managing weddings, we know how to put out any fires which crop up! With a professional and reliable team, we take any stress out of the day for you, and make sure the venue is set to our high standards.

 

Our London wedding co-ordinators are able to travel, and cover all of London and the surrounding counties, so if you’ve decided to book a venue in Knightsbridge, a hotel in the West End, a dry hire venue in Brixton or a private members club in Mayfair, we’ve got you covered! Whether you have your full wedding day planned in one location, or across two different venues for a separate ceremony and reception, your wedding co-ordinator will be on hand in both locations.

Our London wedding co-ordination services include wedding management from 9am until 9pm, but you can also add extra services such as set up day prior, set down day after, and extended hours past 9pm.

You can also add final month planning if you would like assistance in the last 4-6 weeks with supplier communication, and any other concerns your have in those most stressful few weeks in the lead up to the day.

With impeccable standards, and an eye for detail, all team members provided will have a similar background and a love of hospitality. You will have a team of one event manager and one assistant minimum, depending on guest numbers, and will meet your London wedding co-ordinator for the day during your final meeting.
