- Information of your wedding date and any other wedding day information such as guest number
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
You are looking to enquire in regards to our wedding planning services. We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you with information on our services, pricing and to book a consultation.
We never share this information, unless you book services with us, and we need to send over information such as your name, address and email address to suppliers you confirm for contracts and invoicing.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep your contact details on file on a computer and email box until otherwise asked to. If requested, we will then dispose of your information. No information is kept in hard copy form, and if is, is then shredded. All information is generally kept via a computer and is deleted when requested.
