• Pre-Wedding Consultation: Approximately three weeks before your wedding, we’ll meet to discuss your plans in detail, ensuring we understand every aspect of your day.

• Supplier Coordination: We’ll liaise with all your chosen suppliers, confirming arrangements and serving as the main point of contact to handle any queries or issues.

• Timeline Creation: Crafting a detailed schedule for the day, we’ll ensure that every event flows smoothly and on time.

• Venue Setup Oversight: From décor placement to seating arrangements, we’ll oversee the setup to ensure your venue reflects your vision perfectly.
