On the Day Management UK – You’re in safe hands

Even though you’ve spent months meticulously planning, bring the wedding day together requires experienced coordination. Our service ensures that all your plans are implemented without a hitch, providing you peace of mind and allowing you to enjoy all the effort you’ve put in up until the day!

Our Comprehensive Service Includes:

• Wedding Plan: A plan which I’ve personally created, to help you during the planning process and so you leave no stone unturned!
• Site Visit: A chance for us to visit your venue, for you to show us exactly how you want the day to flow, and also an opportunity for you to ask any questions or raise any concerns about your planning.
• Pre-Wedding Consultation: Approximately three weeks before your wedding, we hold an in-depth meeting to go through your plan, so we fully understand how you want the day to look
• Supplier Coordination: We liaise with all your chosen suppliers, confirming schedules and ensuring everyone is aligned with your expectations.
• Detailed Timeline Creation: Crafting a comprehensive schedule for the day, we ensure that every wedding day flows seamlessly.
• On-the-Day Coordination: From managing supplier arrivals, to overseeing setup and guiding guests, we handle all aspects of the day, as well as putting out any fires which may happen, and making sure you don’t notice!

Investment Details:

Our On-the-Day Wedding Management service starts at £1,750. For weddings with over 150 guests, additional team members may be required to maintain our high standard of service. A personalised quote will be provided based on your specific needs and guest count.

Extend Your Experience:

While our standard service concludes after the first dance, we offer extended coverage until 1:00 am for an additional £500, ensuring support throughout the evening, and managing guest departure and set down.
