Full Wedding Planning
Planning the day that you have your heart set on (and probably have been thinking about since you strolled around as a child with a dress up veil on your head) can seem overwhelming, but wedding planning doesn’t have to be. Of course, you want the very best, and this can be hard to achieve without the contacts, the knowledge and the experience.
This service is a must to achieve your vision, as well as enjoying the journey. Whether you are dreaming of an iconic London venue, a marquee on stunning grounds, or if you just aren’t sure, I can turn this into a reality, bringing the best suppliers and design concept to life.
From the initial questions and supplier searching, running around on the day and checking in with your parents, I will be there to plan your day and your expenditure, as well as being there to support you.
Full wedding planning is especially popular with couples planning multi-day wedding weekends, or those organising their wedding from overseas, where having someone on the ground makes all the difference.
What is included in

It’s difficult to list, as it pretty much includes everything required to plan your wedding from scratch to the best day ever, but here is an overview of what the service covers:
+ Design & Planning
Initial planning sessions to discuss ideas and inspiration, and to give guidance on a style concept
Creation of a mood board to show design ideas, colour palettes and guest flow
Expenditure planning – taking your budget and allocating it to certain areas
Venue searching and booking – all venue viewings will be booked and attended with you or on your behalf
A wedding plan created and completed with full information for both of us, all suppliers and the venue
No complicated planning systems – we use Google drive
Planning wrap around events, such as welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, and post wedding day BBQs and brunches
+ Supplier & Guest Management
Supplier searching and booking – working with the best suppliers who are perfect for you, as per the mood boards created in the beginning stages and your personalities. We are a no commission planner – we take no extra cost from any suppliers
Communication throughout the planning process whenever required. I’m also Whatsapp friendly – whichever way works for you!
Site visits as required
Booking of all supplier appointments – appointments will be made at a time suited to you
Wedding administration – RSVPS, menu choices, dietary requirements etc
+ Tailored 1:1 Support
Regular meetings and support via video calls (Google Meets is my regular go to!) or face to face to discuss wedding plans
Full running order produced for the final week leading up to the wedding and for the wedding day
Wedding day management
Set up and set down management
Management of any wrap around events, such as welcome parties, rehearsal dinners and post wedding brunches or BBQs
Your
investment
You can expect an investment between £10,000 – £16,000
depending on the requirements for your celebrations, with a full quote to be provided after a consultation which you can book below
