Partial Wedding Planning
The partial wedding planning service is suitable for couples who have already began the planning process and looking for guidance until the big day.
I would advise that this package is best for anybody who has already booked a venue, and a few other key suppliers, but now need assistance with the remainder of the wedding planning, keeping up communication with all suppliers and any other final wedding planning tasks that you now just don’t have time for! This service is very similar to full planning, I am just stepping in at a later stage of the process.

When you’ve realised from the work you’ve already done that wedding planning is a time-consuming job that needs a professional to help with:
+ Design & Planning
Initial call to discuss what has been planned so far
A copy of the Hannah Rose Weddings & Events planning sheet, completed with what has been discussed in the initial call
No complicated systems, all planning is completed using Google drive, including to do list, budget management and timings
Catch-up calls as required
Communication as required (I am Whatsapp friendly!)
Within the calls, discussion on tips, inspiration, supplier recommendations, time lines, guidance and any further conversations required to unload any stress or worries from the couple concerning the wedding planning
+ Supplier & Guest Management
Assistance with admin – RSVPs and menu choices
Supplier searching and quotes for those final services you require, for example, drinks reception entertainment, hair and makeup artists, etc.
Site visits as required
Communication with all suppliers, including suppliers already booked
Attendance to final meetings with suppliers via video calling
+ Wedding Management
Full running plan for the week leading up to and day of the wedding
Wedding day set up and post wedding set down
On the day management from start to finish
