Bringing fame and mystery, as well as elegance to your Wedding:
Walton Hall
The history is powerful at Walton Hall, a wedding venue in Warwickshire well known for two main reasons. One being when the original owner, Sir Charles Mordaunt and his wife Harriet (Lady Mordaunt) divorced in 1862. In these times, adultery and divorce were not common, so this became a huge scandal. The Warwickshire Wedding venue was then owned by Danny La Rue, who spent £1 million on the purchase and renovations of the property in the 1970s. A Famous singer and entertainer, Danny La Rue is well known for being a drag artist. He replaced the mockery of drag for a reputation of glitz and glamour.
Why have a venue with no history when you can have one which is bought to life by the past and is still well known to this day because of the stories. You have the option of saying your vows in the onsite Church of England chapel or the venue can host a civil ceremony in one of the spaces within the hall.
Featuring a magnificent wooden staircase from the hall suites, down to the main foyer, you can really make a grand entrance for your photos. The stunning Moncreiffe room is perfect for your wedding breakfast, which overlooks the manicured lawns, accessible from the room for anyone who wants to get some fresh air, or if you want to host some garden games!
As well as the hall, there is also a hotel onsite, complete with restaurant, swimming pool and gym, for any guests who need accommodation for the night.

The opening to the public is so amazing for Warwickshire, as the wedding venue is absolutely breath-taking, with ornate ceilings and walls, beautiful artwork and exquisite gardens.
As well as offering space within the Hall, you can also utilise the grounds outside for a marquee, if your numbers are over the capacities for inside, or if you just want to be able to have such a wow factor building as the backdrop for your day. The wedding venue offers a selection of preferred caterers for you to choose from, giving you flexibility to have the food and beverages of your choice.
